TBM 700
SIMCOM is the factory authorized training provider for the TBM 700 and 850 single-engine turboprop. TBM 700 and 850 simulator training is available at SIMCOM’s training center location in Orlando, Florida. Two visual-motion simulators are utilized for training, one is equipped with EFIS avionics used in the TBM 700 and the other is equipped with a Garmin G1000 configuration used beginning with TBM 850 serial number 434. SIMCOM’s TBM instructors benefit from a close working relationship with the Socata factory and dealer organization. This results in SIMCOM’s instructors and program managers having access to the latest safety information about the TBM 700 and 850 as well as direct feedback from real-world customer flight operations. TBM 700 and 850 training courses offered in Orlando include a six day initial, a three day recurrent, and a two day advanced refresher course for pilots who have previously completed a recurrent course at SIMCOM.
